When
purchasing an item from these pages if you are not satisfied, contact us
within two weeks of receipt and we will make arrangements for the return
of the item. When the said item is back in our possession, we will
promptly send a refund in the full amount, including the return postage.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if said item is seriously damaged
due to anything besides shipping damage.

Please use extreme caution when handling any animal in a new situation.
The calmest animal can become upset, confused, and dangerous when
introduced to any new situation and caution must be used. Allow for
all situations and never get yourself into a corner or spot with no
escape. It is far better to walk away than get you or the animal hurt.

the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the
inherent risks of equine activities that are obvious & necessary,
pursuant to 12 VSA 1039.
Therefore…The farm owner/operator shall not be liable for an injury to,
or death of any persons, or any participant in any related activities,
resulting from the inherent risks of equine/animal activities or
attractive nuisances. "Inherent risks of farm activities" means
those dangers or conditions which are an integral part of equine/animal or
farm activities, including, but not limited to: the propensity of equines
and other farm animals to behave in ways that may result in injury, harm,
or death to persons on or around them; the unpredictability of an animal's
reaction to such things as sounds, sudden movement, and unfamiliar
objects, persons, or other animals; certain hazards such as surface and
subsurface conditions; collisions with other equine, animals or objects;
the potential of a person to act in a negligent manner that may contribute
to injury to the participant or others
